Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rascal mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Rascal is a social party game. Features and content may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the App where reasonably necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must comply with the rules of the store from which you obtained the App (Google Play or Apple App Store) and with applicable law. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it in a way that infringes others’ rights.
3. Intellectual property
The App, its branding, and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or copyrighted materials except the limited right to use the App as offered.
4. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional steps.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence where mandatory consumer protections require it; otherwise, interpret these Terms in line with the jurisdiction of the developer entity shown in the store listing, without prejudice to non-waivable rights.
